What does it consist of ?
In this tour we will get to know the Alhambra and its gardens and the Generalife Gardens, accessing with our guides the areas that are offered: Alcazaba, gardens of the Alhambra, Palacio del Partal and also public ones such as the Palacio de Carlos V, the Cuesta de Gomérez, the forests of the Alhambra and the door of Justice.
A slightly shorter tour than the General Alhambra (duration 3 hours), this tour is one hour less, and we usually recommend it to people with low physical condition, boys and girls so as not to overwhelm them, families, couples, essential requirement: be lovers of colors, aromas, vegetation and history or do not have tickets to Nasrid Palaces.

Tips
- Do not be late
- It is necessary to arrive 10 minutes before to check-in.

- If you come with a baby stroller, you should know that the Alhambra requires you to store it in the lockers during access to the main areas.
- Wheelchair access has another route, the guide will explain it to you at the meeting point.
Cancellation policy
For the cancellation of reservation of tours and products, the following charges will apply:
- If the client arrives late, that is, after the start time of the tour, the company will not be responsible (neither the guide) and the cancellation charge will be 100%.
- If canceled for reasons of death of 1st and 2nd degree will not apply no cancellation fee.
- If it is canceled with at least 7 calendar days in advance will not apply no cancellation fee.
- If it is canceled with at least between 4 and 6 calendar days in advance, will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
- If canceled within three days prior to the departure day of the tour, will apply a 100% cancellation fee.
- Tickets for museums, monuments or shows they are not refundable in any case in which the monument itself does not offer a refund.
- Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, launched on 1/5/2020, once the tickets for the Alhambra monument have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.
- The entrance to museums and monuments is subject to availability.
- For dates with high demand for tickets, a reservation of their availability is made. Within 72 hours you will be informed if there are confirmed places available or not. The amount of the payment will be blocked until the visit is guaranteed, if there is no availability for the indicated day, a full refund of the amount will be made.
