What does it consist of ?

Before entering the site we will make a brief introduction so that the visitor can place himself in the appropriate context.

Our visit to the Nasrid monument includes the three main areas: the Alcazaba, the Nasrid Palaces, and the Generalife Gardens . The order in which you visit will vary depending on the circumstances and the opening hours of the Nasrid Palaces. Your guide will decide the order and inform the group before the tour begins.

The Palace of Charles V is also included in the visit, although access is free without the need for tickets.

Cancellation

The following charges will apply to the cancellation of reservations for tours, activities, and experiences :

• If the client arrives late, that is, after the start time of the tour,  the company will not be responsible (neither the guide) and the cancellation charge will be 100%.
• If canceled for reasons of death of 1st and 2nd degree will not apply no cancellation fee.
• If it is canceled with at least 7 calendar days in advance will not apply no cancellation fee.
• If it is canceled with at least between 4 and 6 calendar days in advance, will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
• If canceled within three days prior to the departure day of the tour, will apply a 100% cancellation fee.
• Lolita's Tours reserves the right to cancel any service that does not reach a minimum of 2 people.
